In the USA, most of the home buyers lend money in the form of a mortgage loan from different Home Mortgage Companies , and the mortgage lenders in USA always requires that the buyer must purchase homeowners insurance from some reputable Home Insurance Company, as a condition of the home loan, in order to protect the bank if something goes wrong with the home that was insured.
